- Quick and easy - Simple ingredients and minimal prep.
- Great for leftovers - Perfect for lunches the next day.

Tips & Variations
- Use rotisserie chicken: A great shortcut that adds extra flavor.
- Keep it crisp: Add lettuce and croutons right before serving to avoid sogginess.
- Adjust the dressing: Add more Caesar dressing or a drizzle of olive oil to loosen it up as needed.
- Use homemade dressing: This homemade caesar dressing is the best and most flavorful I've ever tasted. I do like to thin it a little with olive oil for this pasta salad. Try it out yourself!
- Make it lighter: Use a light Caesar dressing or Greek yogurt-based version.
- Add extras: Try crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, white beans, sun-dried tomatoes, or sliced avocado to personalize it to your preferences.
- Switch the pasta: Rotini, bowties, or penne all work great.
- Save time: Leave the croutons full size, and just toss them in at the end.
How to Serve Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is best served fresh so the lettuce stays crisp and the croutons keep their crunch.

- As a main dish for an easy lunch or dinner. I love it especially for summer dinners. Cooling, refreshing, and no oven!
- As a side for grilled chicken, steak, or burgers.
- At potlucks, picnics, or summer gatherings.
For a fuller spread, pair it with fruit, chips, or a light soup.

Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
For best results:
- Keep croutons and lettuce separate and add just before serving.
- Stir in a little extra dressing or olive oil before serving to freshen it up.
This salad is best enjoyed fresh, as the lettuce will soften over time.
