It's almost the end of the school year! Can you believe it?! We have just over a month left, and we're done and ready for Summer! So right now I'm starting to plan for "Thank You" gifts for my kiddos' teachers, like this DIY Sweetest Teacher gift. It's sooo easy to make, and frugal too. You can make one for just about $3 each. Which leaves plenty for a cute little gift card if you want, too! Before I tell you how to make your own, let's gather supplies. Here's what you'll need to make your DIY Sweetest Teacher Gift.

DIY Sweetest Teacher Gift Supplies

Transfer paper
Iron
Scissors
Towel (like these vintage-inspired flour sack towels)
Cookie Dough Mix
Spatula
Ribbon or Twine

DIY Sweetest Teacher Gift Directions

1. Download the template file by CLICKING HERE. You can put it in Word or a program of your choice to size and print. You can even add another text layer with a personalized teacher's name, if you want. If you'd rather just download and print, you can download the PDF version HERE (make sure you have PDF reading software on your device!). Whichever image you choose, you will need to FLIP the image before saving and printing (like a mirror image).

2. Print your Sweetest Teacher template onto the transfer paper. Cut out the image to prep it for transferring. Cut as accurately and close to the edges as you can. For further tips and directions, check the back of the package, or you can view the instructions here.

3. Transfer the image onto the towel using the instructions on the back of the transfer paper package (which you can also view here).

4. When your personalized Sweetest Teacher towel is ready, place your spatula and cookie mix together with the towel. Secure it all together with ribbon or twine.
