How to Keep Warm While Cooking in Batches
If you're making a large number of wings or have a small air fryer and need to work in batches, you can still keep your wings crispy and warm.
Place a cooling rack flat on a baking sheet or use broiling pan. Preheat your oven to 200°F and place prepared baking sheet in the oven as well. As each batch is cooked, place them on the sheet carefully until you're done and ready to serve!

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings split into flats and drummettes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspooon aluminum free baking powder
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss to evenly coat all chicken with the seasonings.
- In a single layer, place the chicken wings in the air fryer and air fry for 8 minutes at 400°F.
- Flip the chicken wings and air fry again for 8-12 minutes at 400°F (depending on the size of the wings) or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve tossed in your favorite wing sauce or eat plain.
Notes
- Storage: Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Reheat: Add back to air fryer and cook at 400°F for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until warmed through.
