You guys. I am. SO. Sorry. That I left you hanging with no meal plans over the Summer! I wish I had a really great excuse, but the problem was just that I was crazy busy with the kids home and trying to spend lots of time with them because my oldest went off to kindergarten last week (*tear*).  Anyway, things are calming down, we're all finally adjusting to our new schedule, and I'm back to normal monthly meal planning again.

So here's what I have for you my first month back after my Summer hiatus:

• With our schedules a little more crazy than normal, I went with some easy recipes. Make ahead or freezer friendly breakfasts like Crockpot Apple Oatmeal or muffins.
• For snacks, I opted for lots of tried-and-true classics like Apple Dippers and Banana Cereal Snacks.  But I also threw in some fun new Fall-ish ones to try.
• And I planned a totally mixed bag for dinner.  I'm super excited for casserole season, and have added a couple favorites, like Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole, that I've been waiting to throw back in the rotation. BUT I'm also not really ready to give up the no-mess-no-fuss grilled dinners, either, so we've got a little of that thrown in too
