Homemade S'mores Coffee Creamer Recipe

A couple months ago, I shared an amazing recipe for Homemade Marshmallow Coffee Creamer.  It quickly became my new favorite treat in the morning.  With Summer here, I wanted to mix it up a bit, and turn that delicious recipe into an even better one with this Homemade S'mores Coffee Creamer.  I wasn't sure it was possible to make my coffee even more delicious, but it was.

This Summer while my kids are snacking on the old camping favorite s'mores, you'll find me sipping some coffee with this marvelous homemade s'mores coffee creamer.

This homemade s'mores coffee creamer takes my sweet vanilla marshmallow coffee creamer recipe and adds a bit of decadent chocolate and just a pinch of cinnamon to get that hint of graham cracker flavor to turn your average coffee into the perfect grown-up Summer treat

I store my homemade s'mores coffee creamer in an assortment of jars, such as mason jars or old spaghetti or pickle jars.  Just make sure you choose storage with a lid, and keep the coffee creamer  refrigerated.

Wow, what a wonderful recipe! I'm a big coffee drinker and while I usually just use plain creamer, sometimes I really like a kick of flavor. This will be perfect!

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!! I was just thinking this morning how I REALLY need to get a coffee creamer I am excited to have at home so that I am not tempted to get coffee out all the time. This might just be the one! I am totally making it tomorrow and if I could, I would hug you through the computer screen for sharing this recipe. I'm pretty sure you're my new favorite! 😉 Thanks for sharing!

No. Half-and-half is different than cream. You're looking for heavy cream. It's usually next to the half-and-half in grocery stores and sometimes labeled "heavy whipping cream."

Jessica, I have made this recipe using 3 cups of half and half to replace both the cream and the milk (that's basically all half and half is--50% whole milk + 50% cream). It was delicious. I always have half in half in my refrigerator, so there was no need to buy and extra ingredient (heavy cream).
