Homemade Marshmallow Coffee Creamer

I originally came up with this Homemade Marshmallow Coffee Creamer idea for Easter, (The thought process went something like this, in case you were wondering: Easter... Peeps... Marshmallow... I need more coffee.) but this homemade marshmallow coffee creamer is so good that I've decided I just need to have some on hand ALL THE TIME.

The best part is how easy homemade marshmallow coffee creamer is to make.  Literally 10 minutes from top to bottom.

Oh My GOODNESS!!! 3 yrs ago when I came to TX to help take care of a dear friend - who is now my husband - he turned me onto the idea of marshmallows in my coffee. I - like most - thought the man had gone "round the bend!" Now I can't tolerate my coffee without them!!! LOL!!! Even at almost 50 yrs old I learned something new!!! Can't wait to try this creamer out on him!!!

Oh there's so many uses for coffee creamer that I could write a whole post about it! 🙂 You can add it to hot chocolate, add a splash to oatmeal, use it for cake, waffle, muffin or pancake batters, use it for homemade ice cream, cake frosting (just add powdered sugar and whip!), or pour it over some fresh fruit salad. Maybe I will write a post about it...

      I hope that helps!

Can you just use actual marshmallows instead of the creme

I'm not sure. The flavor would probably be the same, but I'm not sure about the consistency.

Am interested with this recipe that I should write about it. How is the creamer mixed with the coffee, as a base or just added as you would milk(a few spoons full) . Also as I came across this site recently I am interested to receive further recipes

Yes, you just mix it in like you would milk. You can also subscribe to receive updates by filling out the form with your email address right above this comments section or in the pink bar on the top of the page (desktop only)

Do you think you could use actual marshmallows instead of marshmallow creme?

Yes, I think that would probably work, though I haven't tried it. Let us know how it goes if you try it!

I haven't tried this yet, but 5 stars just because I had this same idea this morning (I'm new to coffee and looking for ways to make it even tastier and fun!), but I wasn't sure if I should add anything to it, or just melt marshmallow fluff with creamer. I've been wanting to freeze creamer in ice cube trays so that it doesn't go bad as quickly like heavy cream does. Have you tried that? If so, how does it turn out? Thanks!

Are you in the United States? It is called marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme, depending on the brand. It is in most grocers or online on Amazon
