I made this (used whipping cream instead of the half-and-half) and it is insanely delicious by itself. I am curious if you have any ideas for upping the flavor intensity once the creamer is mixed with coffee, as even using a fair amount the chocolate/caramel flavor is very subdued. Add more rolos to the same amount of liquid? Add some cocoa powder?? I also made your marshmallow creamer recipe and had the same reaction, though all your creamer recipes are by far the best homemade ones I've tried. I am thinking of toasting the marshmallow creme with a kitchen torch before adding it next time to see if that increases the flavor intensity. What I'm going for is to try and increase the flavor intensity enough that we can use a similar amount to the awful storebought flavored creamer, which although it is awful, is much more concentrated in flavor so you don't have to use a ton. Please keep the homemade creamer recipes coming, I love them!! And thanks in advance for any ideas on creating a more concentrated recipe of any of these.
