Homemade Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer
I'm not sure why I haven't thought of Homemade Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer before now! It's how I take my average coffee every morning, with a dash of cinnamon and some vanilla creamer, if we have it. This creamer makes the process even more simple for my groggy morning brain, and it's absolutely delicious. Plus it only takes 20 minutes to make! Can't beat that!

Homemade Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups half-and-half or cream
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Place half-and-half and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, and heat until steaming but not boiling.
- When the milk mixture is steaming, stir in sugar. Stir until combined.
- Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla.
- Pour hot mixture into bowl with cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
- Transfer to a container with lid. Store in refrigerator, and shake before use.
