White Chocolate Easter Bark Recipe -ย Make this super easy, delicious, and adorable White Chocolate Easter Bark recipe in the microwave in just 20 minutes for a fun no bake Easter treat for kids.

White Chocolate Easter Bark

Easter is sneaking up on me again this year, just like all of the Spring holidays do every year. ย It seems like I anxiously await all of the Fall holidays, and then the Spring holidays pop up when I'm not expecting it. ย Anyway, I wanted to share a super easy no bake Easter treat with you today, just in case you're in a scramble like me.

This White Chocolate Easter Bark is so easy and fun to make. ย One of my little guys had some mommy-and-me time making this Easter Bark with me, and he just had a blast. ย I had him help melt the chocolate by pressing the buttons on the microwave (I always remind him. Press three-zero-start). He also stirred the chocolate, helped spoon the chocolate onto the wax paper, swirled it together to make it look like marble, AND tossed handfuls of sprinkles. ย He almost could have made it himself. ย I was mostly just supervising. ย So this is a great chance to get your kids into the kitchen!

To make this White Chocolate Easter Bark, you'll need 8 ounces white baking chocolate, some colorful candy melts, some Spring M&M's, and some fun Easter sprinkles. I'll link to everything we used below. ย I grabbed almost everything from Amazon.

  • White Baking Chocolate
  • Wilton Yellow Candy Melts
  • Wilton Pink Candy Melts
  • Wilton Lavenderย Candy Melts
  • Wilton Blue Candy Melts
  • Wilton White Candy Melts
  • Pastel M&M's
  • Spring Nonpareils
  • Easter Egg Sprinkles
  • Bunny sprinkles

Okay so after you get all of your supplies, here's how you make your White Chocolate Easter Bark. ย Grab a cookie sheet and line it with wax paper, then set it aside for now. ย Then divide your chocolate into separate microwave-safe bowls. ย For brighter colors that I wanted to turn more pastel (like the pink was pretty bright, I remember), I added a few of the Wilton white candy melts. ย So then you just put each bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted. ย Set it aside and repeat for each bowl.

When all of the chocolate is melted, pour your plain white baking chocolate onto the prepped cookie sheet and spread evenly with a spatula. Next spoon each of the melted colorful candy melts on top of the white chocolate. ย DON'T spread it or drizzle it or try to make it look marbled yet. ย Just spoon it in blobs on top of the white chocolate.

When all of your chocolate and candy melts are on the cookie sheet. ย Grab a butter knife and swirl it up and down, side to side, diagonally, or however else to get the marbled look. ย Stop swirling when you get the look you want (and make sure it's before you have a big blog of gray or brown goo if it gets mixed all together...)

Last step! Go crazy with the M&M's and sprinkles! You actually want more on there than you think because once you break the bark, each piece will look a little sparse, even it look over-decorated when it was whole.

Let the White Chocolate Easter Bark set for at least an hour, until hardened. ย You can speed up this process by placing it in the refrigerator or freezer. ย Then break your bark into pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container or baggy.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup each Wilton candy melts in 3-4 colors we used blue, pink, purple, and yellow for ours
  • Pastel M&M's
  • Spring or Easter sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second interval, stirring between each interval to prevent chocolate from burning. Set aside.
  • Repeat melting process in a separate bowl for each color of candy melts (each color needs its own bowl).
  • Pour melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet. Spread evenly.
  • Scoop melted candy melts into dollops, one color at a time, on top of white chocolate. Just leave it in piles for now. It won't look swirled yet. Just scoop out one color at a time until they're all used up.
  • When all chocolate is in the pan, swirl together with a butter knife to get the marbling effect. Just place the knife all the way to the bottom of the sheet and gently swirl up and down, back and forth, or diagonally, until you achieve your desired look.
  • Sprinkle M&M's and sprinkles on top.
  • Let set for an hour, or until hard and solid. You can also place in the refrigerator or freezer to help set faster.
  • Break into pieces once set.
  • Store in an air tight container in a cool dry place.
