Crockpot Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 ยฝ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce (12-16 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Hamburger buns for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts, barbecue sauce, and apple cider vinegar in the slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker. Shred with a fork or mixer.
- Return chicken to the slow cooker with the sauce. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm on buns with slaw.
