Homemade Pico de Gallo recipe with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and cilantro is the perfect way to top off any dish.
Homemade Pico de Gallo Recipe
We're heading into the crop season for the summer with all of our tomatoes and peppers! I haven't had a big enough crop (yet!) to start canning, like I really want to. But! I did manage to get enough tomatoes to make some super tasty and easy homemade pico de gallo!
I really love pico de gallo. It's like salsa's fresher cousin, and in my opinion, much easier to make. The crisp, slight spicy flavor of all of those fresh veggies come together to make a topping or dip that's perfect for every occasion. I like to top these amazing tacos with homemade seasoning with fresh homemade pico de gallo. It really finishes off the dish!
