2 Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
I’m realizing now that I’m organizing my thoughts and pictures to write about this 2 Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge today that I haven’t actually shared my traditional peanut butter fudge recipe yet! Ah! But that’s okay. I’m going to share this one anyway and come back to the other one later.
Lately my kids have been super into making food for themselves. Since I don’t like them using the stove or oven without supervision quite yet, they’ve taken to the microwave. And since one of their all-time favorite treats is peanut butter fudge, we found a way for them to cook it up themselves. In the microwave!
Two Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge is easy to make but also creamy, smooth, and delicious. I usually use creamy peanut butter, but you can use chunky to give your fudge a little bit of crunch!
This recipe is so simple that you really can’t mess up. Only two ingredients a container of pre-made vanilla frosting and a jar of peanut butter. Microwave. Stir until smooth. Then pour into a square dish to set. I like to line my dish with wax paper so that the fudge doesn’t stick. Once it’s set, cut into squares and dig in!
