Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers cut into thin strips
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice divided
- 3 tablespoons homemade fajita seasoning
- Tortillas for serving
- Additional toppings: sour cream, cheese, fresh cilantro, pico de gallo, etc. for serving
Instructions
- Add chicken, peppers, and onion to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil and half of lime juice. Toss to coat.
- Add fajita seasoning. Toss again to coat.
- Add chicken mixture to the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 390°F for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink.
- Serve warm in tortillas with fresh cilantro and additional toppings, if desired.
Notes
- Storage: Store the cooked chicken and veggies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or pop them back into the air fryer for a couple of minutes to crisp them back up.
