Has school officially started for you yet? This is the first full week that all 3 of the kiddos will be in school. My youngest will have her official first day this Friday, and my baby nephew is back for the school year to hang out with us a couple days each week. So needless to say, Fall schedules are in full force and we're busy, busy, busy. My favorite thing to make on a busy school night are baked pastas. They're so easy and so yummy. I'm happy because I got dinner on the table without wanting to pull my hair out. And the kids are happy because, well, pasta bakes are delicious!
