Whipped Strawberry Butter
Another sweet compound butter recipe! I promise to share some savory versions soon, but I know you'll love this bright and sweet Whipped Strawberry Butter recipe, especially with all of those ripe Summer berries just around the corner.
This Whipped Strawberry Butter recipe is super easy to make. You literally just throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and process to combine and whip a the same time. Ta-da! Couldn't be easier.
If you don't have a food processor, you could try the process with a hand mixer to get a similar effect. BUT I'd recommend just getting a food processor. They are SO useful. All that chopping and prepping you usually do can be done by your processor in just seconds. Plus they're pretty cheap. I've had this food processor from Amazon for about 4 years now, and I still love it AND it still works. Good deal, right? Go get yours. You won't regret it.
Make this Whipped Strawberry Butter to put on plain bread or rolls, or to spread on muffins like these blueberry muffins (<<BEST recipe ever. I kid you not.) or these raspberry muffins. It would also be an elegant and pretty addition to a party or shower, or even a delicious and frugal gift. Just put it in a mason jar and tie some twine with a pretty label.
Store the Whipped Strawberry Butter in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Hi,
I just made this butter and it is wonderfully yum! Thank you for sharing the recipe 😊
The only thing is, mine isn’t as fluffy and creamy looking. It’s mixed and curdled. Maybe butter wasn’t soft enough? Too much strawberry? I used about 10. The sizes varied.
Any tips please?

Are you using salted or unsalted butter for your recipes? I had planned on making the lemon butter also but type of butter is not mentioned in either recipe.
