Tips & Variations
- Use different chocolate coatings - Milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate all work great depending on your preference.
- Add a drizzle for presentation - Drizzle melted white or dark chocolate over the tops for a bakery-style finish.
- Freeze before dipping - Chilling the balls helps them hold their shape and makes dipping much easier.
- Make them smaller for parties - Bite-sized portions are perfect for dessert trays and gatherings.
- Use high-quality chocolate - Since the coating is a big part of the flavor, better chocolate makes a noticeable difference.

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- โ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 12 ounces chocolate chopped, for dipping (milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate)
- Finely chopped peanuts for topping
Instructions

- Place the cookies in a food processor and blend until they form fine crumbs.
- Add the cream cheese and peanut butter and process again to form a sticky dough.
- Roll into 1-inch balls, and set aside onto prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.

- Place the 12-ounces of chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl with vegetable oil. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir. Then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each increments, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove nutter butter balls from the freezer. Gently drop them into the melted chocolate, one at a time, turning to coat.
